![]() We were treated as contract cancellers and did not get calls, emails, texts or hand-holding explaining items and details that we expected for a $30,000.00 spend. Red Rock told us that cancelations and postponements in the recent COVID era were common and they accommodated such requests amicably. After our wedding cancelation/postponement, it was an uphill battle for many months to proceed with our wedding with them. We abided by the new requirements, but the repercussions and good will with expectant (and usually experienced) g reat customer service on Red Rock 's part were gone. Red Rock did not have a contractual clause for, but decided to impose a strict deadline for rescheduling our event. ![]() The initiating event to all of this was a prior postponement of our wedding by me. I spent over $40,000.00 on this event and am ticked to say the least. ![]() with perhaps her advising personnel and/or team in Red Rock catering, made our experience very unpleasant. ![]()
